      Position Title: Regional Sales Manager, Weholite
      Department: Sales
      Reports To: Director of Engineered Products
      Location: Home Office (Southeast or within 100 Miles of Jacksonville, FL Plant)
      Travel: Up to 50%

      Position Summary

      Infra Pipe Solutions (IPS) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee and grow sales across the Southeast U.S. territory. This role is responsible for driving sales of the Weholite product line and the company's full range of pipe products through distribution channels and direct customer engagement. The Regional Sales Manager will manage relationships with existing distributors, develop new accounts, and support project coordination, market development, and customer satisfaction.

      Sales Territory includes but is not limited to: Southeastern Regional US States. While primary focus will be on these states, the Regional Sales Manager may be asked to support opportunities within the United States.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Manage, expand, and optimize business with existing distributors while developing relationships with new partners in the assigned territory.
      • Drive sales growth through strategic pricing, freight considerations, product knowledge sessions, and promotional events.
      • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned territory to meet and exceed revenue targets.
      • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering value-added solutions that exceed customer expectations.
      • Provide accurate market intelligence to senior management through sales forecasts, bi-weekly conference calls, and monthly reports.
      • Attend and represent the company at relevant trade shows, conferences, and industry exhibitions.
      • Coordinate product delivery and project execution with customers and manufacturing teams.
      • Partner closely with inside sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate quoting, order fulfillment, and customer support.


      Qualifications & Requirements
      • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
      • Experience:
      • Minimum 4 years of technical sales experience in the fluid transfer industry (pipes, fittings, valves, or related).
      • Proven success managing a distribution network and driving sustained sales growth.
      • Experience applying data and market analysis to guide sales decisions.
      • Skills:
      • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
      • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
      • Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.
      • Other:
      • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the Southeast region.
      • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a home office environment.
      • "Hunter" mindset and willing to learn development of this product for ~3-6 months
