      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate sales goals
      - Manage customer relationships and sales activities for assigned accounts in the region
      - Prospect potential distributors and end users to expand business opportunities
      - Provide timely communication of product information and training to customers and manufacturing representatives
      - Report critical market and customer insights to senior management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree
      - Minimum of 8 years of territory sales experience, preferably in a safety product environment
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong data entry skills
      - Excellent customer service and communication skills
      - Willingness to travel extensively and reside within 40 miles of an airport in the region

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Phocas BI and Tour de Force CRM
      - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations
      - Prior experience in territory account management, specifically in safety products
