      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive the launch of the Pathfinder benchtop automation portfolio in designated territories
      - Execute sales strategies and manage territory to achieve revenue growth targets
      - Leverage existing networks to identify potential customers and generate leads
      - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, negotiating contracts and resolving issues
      - Collaborate with the customer solutions group to enhance service excellence and account penetration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pathology laboratory diagnostic equipment or automation
      - Established network within Pathology Laboratories in the assigned territory
      - Strong customer relationship management skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships
      - Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quotas and drive market share growth

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Exceptional consultative selling skills and a strong track record in winning new business
      - Good understanding of the pathology landscape, including vendor and key account partnerships
      - Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
      - Ability to travel 30-40%
