What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets set by management
- Manage and nurture key customer relationships within the assigned sales region
- Coordinate sales efforts with distributor networks to maximize revenue
- Evaluate customer needs and market trends to inform product offerings and pricing strategies
- Prepare sales forecasts and meet monthly and annual sales objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible capital equipment sales experience
- Advanced knowledge of sales, account management, and customer service
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Bachelor's degree preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the emergency response services (ERS) industry
- Familiarity with medical technology and customer application support
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing business plans
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively use Customer Resource Management software
