What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel to provide support at multiple customer facilities for scheduled and unscheduled coverage gaps
- Manage inventory, including stock room oversight and dispensing of products
- Handle order management tasks such as order entry, expediting, and customer service support
- Oversee chemical management by receiving, registering, and tracking chemical containers
- Conduct end-to-end glass wash operations, including inspection and sterilization processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience within a laboratory setting preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to excellent customer service
- Computer proficiency with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in customer service preferred
- GxP experience and IATA/DOT certification are a plus
- Knowledge of OSHA General Industry requirements is advantageous
