      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a trusted regional leader and agent of systems change in early childhood development and health
      - Participate in Regional Partnership Council meetings and assist in strategic planning processes
      - Develop and implement regional strategies and initiatives in collaboration with community stakeholders
      - Engage communities through presentations and workshops to raise awareness about early childhood needs
      - Build and sustain partnerships with local officials and community organizations to align early childhood goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in early education, social work, education, health, or related field
      - Extensive knowledge of early childhood development and health issues
      - Management or leadership experience in public, private, or non-profit organizations
      - Strong ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups, including staff and community leaders
      - High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software and communication tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a relevant field
      - Demonstrated experience in generating financial support and developing partnerships
      - Proven track record of leadership in early childhood development or health programs
      - Creative, solution-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
      - Experience working with volunteer governing boards and community volunteers
