      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and convert them into clients
      - Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and provide product information
      - Emphasize product features to showcase how they address customer challenges
      - Negotiate prices and terms, preparing sales agreements
      - Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through follow-ups

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.)
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Experience in the multifamily housing industry is a plus
      - Proven sales results and a track record of success
      - Ability to work independently and cultivate client relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling CRM software
      - Knowledge of property management software
      - Experience working with a remote team
      - Existing relationships within the property management industry
      - Multilingual proficiency to cater to diverse clients
