      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services
      - FINRA Series 65 or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66 preferred
      - Proven track record of success in driving sales results
      - Experience with high-volume phone activity and conducting in-person meetings
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
