      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory, including annual business plans with revenue and product goals
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive additional sales
      - Deliver customized presentations and represent the company at national broker conferences and industry events
      - Track performance against sales objectives and maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce
      - Collaborate with internal departments to align sales strategies with company objectives and support sales initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the insurance or employee benefits industry
      - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies in a designated territory
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly
      - Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing sales activities and account relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
      - Experience in managing regional territories and exceeding sales targets
      - Knowledge of industry regulations and market dynamics related to employee benefits
      - Strong leadership qualities to mentor and coach other sales team members
