What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory, including annual business plans with revenue and product goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients, proactively identifying sales opportunities
- Deliver customized presentations and marketing ideas to assigned brokers
- Track sales performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed annual sales objectives
- Collaborate with internal departments to support sales initiatives and align with company goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance or employee benefits
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies in an assigned territory
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver professional presentations
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing sales activities and accounts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

- Demonstrated success in managing regional territories and exceeding sales targets
