What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Convert prospects into clients by effectively demonstrating the employer's unique value proposition
- Engage with high-net-worth prospects to assess their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Educate potential clients on the various investment offerings available
- Participate in continuous training in phone sales techniques, finance, and portfolio management
- Meet prospects face-to-face or virtually within your designated territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Preferred FINRA Series 65 or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66
- Proven track record of success in driving results in sales
- Experience with high-volume phone activity and conducting in-person meetings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional certifications or licenses in financial services
- Experience with high-net-worth clients
- Background in investment management or wealth management
- Familiarity with capital markets and portfolio management strategies
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
