      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Update student academic records based on approved requests from students and academic personnel
      - Address and resolve inquiries regarding student records, policies, or technologies related to the Registrar's Office
      - Evaluate and enter transfer credits into the Student Information System according to established policies
      - Process documents related to academic records, including transcripts and identification
      - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to FERPA regulations while handling student records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience in a business office environment; prior registrar's office experience preferred
      - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse populations
      - Attention to detail in processing student records and managing multiple tasks efficiently
      - Proficient in various computer applications and quick to learn University software programs
      - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Demonstrated sound judgment in handling sensitive information and understanding confidentiality requirements
      - Experience working in a higher education setting
