      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, develop, deliver, evaluate, and administer nontechnical training and development programs
      - Identify performance gaps and provide solutions to enhance business performance and retention
      - Research and oversee the design and presentation of training programs
      - Maintain relationships with line managers to assess training needs and performance deficiencies
      - Ensure training effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) through tracking and measurement systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6-8 years with a Master's degree
      - At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
      - Experience supervising, coordinating, and providing leadership to staff
      - Proven ability to estimate staffing needs and conduct performance evaluations
      - Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in training program development and implementation
      - Familiarity with multi-level tracking and measurement systems for training effectiveness
      - Background in government contracting or related fields
