What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor 340B program updates and industry regulations from key agencies
- Coordinate client audit support activities and maintain audit documentation
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions for staff and stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries from internal teams and covered entities regarding compliance and training topics
- Compile compliance reports and track training completion metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of 340B program experience and understanding of pharmacy operations
- Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role within healthcare or compliance
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Apexus 340B Certified Expert (ACE) certification
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent credential
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused and team-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
