      Your role

      Are you a people person? Do you know how to support Client Advisors to grow our business? Are you a true networker who loves to talk to potential clients?
      Do you have a strong track record in advising and sales? Can you close a deal?
      We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to:

      • develop and maintain trustworthy client partnerships with the main focus on strategic advice
      • drive an effective strategy to manage and develop a book of clients
      • define advisory processes and agreements that best meet our clients’ needs, in cooperation with the Client Advisor
      • support the Client Advisor to identify potential business opportunities within his own book
      • make sure clients are managed in a manner that contributes to an effective risk culture within the team

      Your team

      You’ll be working in the Italy International team in Chiasso or Lugano or Zurich. We serve our Italian based clients. We’re focused on managing, preserving and growing our clients’ wealth, and help our clients plan for and manage succession. We provide our employees with training and continuous education to better serve our clients and promote personal development. As a Relationship Manager, you’ll play an important role in helping us stay a global leader in wealth management.

      Your expertise

      • on-the-job experience in wealth management and/or wealth planning
      • knowledge of financial products and service
      • proven track record in finding solutions for clients
      • great at building networks and connections (people want to know you)
      • resilient team player and truly service oriented
      • extremely organized, with great planning skills and efficient time management
      • excellent communicator, with great presentation skills
      • proficient language skills in Italian and fluent in English is a must
