      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with consumers to resolve delinquent accounts using a consultative approach
      - Handle inbound and outbound calls using an auto dialer system
      - Manage workload of accounts to ensure timely payments
      - Follow up with consumers for necessary documents and payments
      - Comply with FDCPA and all applicable federal and state collection laws

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years old
      - High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus
      - 1+ years of experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, healthcare, banking, or customer service
      - Reliable professionalism, attendance, and punctuality
      - Strong verbal communication, persuasive, and negotiation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Collections experience preferred
      - Coachable and eager to learn
      - Proficient in computer use, including software, databases, and internet
      - Ability to maintain consumer confidentiality
