What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to and resolve trigger requests from autonomous vehicles in a timely manner
- Safely send remote commands to vehicles for testing on public roads and closed courses
- Log real-time feedback on autonomy and platform performance for engineering teams
- Triage remote assist workflows to ensure performance metrics and compliance
- Interact with the public as an ambassador for the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 5 years of driving history and a clean driving record
- Ability to focus on monitoring proprietary tooling for autonomous vehicle operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges daily
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in operations, technology, customer service, or automotive fields
- Proficient in G-Suite and command line interface
- Interest in technology tools such as apps, gaming, and creative software
- Experience working collaboratively in team environments
