- Provide exceptional customer service in English and a second language through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, billing, and account information.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language (written and verbal) required.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience supporting bilingual customer service operations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
- Previous remote work experience.
- Experience handling high-volume customer inquiries.
