      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond timely and satisfactorily to resolve customer inbound calls and online contacts
      - Troubleshoot issues related to the company's insulin pump, software, and integrated mobile app
      - Document accurate and thorough customer contact calls and emails within the CRM system
      - Identify potential health and safety issues with products and follow appropriate internal notification procedures
      - Propose recommended improvements to customer-related processes and materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual - English/French required
      - Ability to read and follow flow diagrams and work with decision trees
      - Clear verbal and written communication skills
      - Skilled at presenting technical information in a clear, concise manner
      - Solid understanding of web-based software and troubleshooting browser and network issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 year previous experience in Customer Service
      - Experience working in a HIPAA environment
      - Previous IT helpdesk experience
      - Previous experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
      - Familiarity with driver installation process, USB device communication, computer and internet security settings, server configuration, and communication
