We are looking for a Remote Business Analyst to identify business needs, analyze data, and propose efficiency improvements. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support project implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct data analysis for trends and opportunities.
- Create process maps and documentation.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Support software testing and monitor project progress.
- Prepare reports and facilitate virtual meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
Required Skills:
- Business process analysis and documentation.
- Project coordination and stakeholder management.
- Time management and critical thinking.
Work Environment:
- 100% remote with a flexible schedule.
- Reliable internet and a dedicated workspace are necessary.
