  About The Role
  
  As a talented and data-driven CRO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our digital properties to improve user experience, increase conversion rates, and ultimately drive revenue growth. You will work closely with members of the marketing team and outside contractors to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  
  Your passion lies in optimizing websites to drive business growth, and you adeptly analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to pinpoint barriers to conversion. You're a seasoned collaborator, working closely with designers and content strategists to employ a combination of UX and copy techniques to explore and leverage these opportunities. Your measure of success hinges on rigorous AB testing validation. At present, you do not have any direct reports, but you may be responsible for collaborating with vendor and contractor partners should the need arise.
  
  What You'll Do
  
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy to increase website conversion rates, user management, and lead generation
  • Plan, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to identify high-impact optimization opportunities
  • Conduct thorough website audits to identify conversion bottlenecks, usability issues, and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the overall user experience, focusing on improving website usability, navigation, and design elements
  • Work closely with content creators to optimize website content for improved conversions, readability, and engagement
  • Analyze site activities and effectively communicate insights on customer experiences, site performance, campaigns, and site behavior.
  • Analyze and optimize the entire conversion funnel
  • Regularly analyze website performance data, user behavior, and conversion metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
  • Utilize tools to gain insights into user interactions and pain points on the website
  • Create and optimize landing pages for various campaigns, ensuring alignment with conversion goals
  • Generate and share detailed reports on CRO initiatives, including test results, insights, and recommendations, with the marketing and leadership team
  • Participate in weekly progress meetings to update stakeholders on current projects and deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry trends related to CRO.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of CRO efforts.
  
  
  Who You Are
  
  • Proven experience as a CRO Specialist or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of CRO principles, A/B testing, heatmaps, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely, or similar)
  • Understanding of user journey and online funnels
  • Understanding of copywriting to provide recommendations
  • Experienced in the process of optimizing a site or landing page experience based on website visitor behavior to help improve the probability of the visitor taking desired actions (conversions) on the said page
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to draw actionable insights from data
  • Experience with UX/UI principles and website usability best practices
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with website development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
