      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process documents electronically and handle outbound calls to doctors' offices
      - Sort, image, file, and archive documents based on contract requirements
      - Verify data accuracy from automated tools and ensure transmission to the appropriate level
      - Key documents electronically for at least 8 hours a day, with potential for overtime
      - Comply with company policies and standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
      - Secure workspace with high-speed internet
      - Strong data entry and computer skills
      - Excellent customer service and communication abilities
