      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain dealer partnerships, promoting the value of the employer's financing program
      - Execute business strategies to drive application and loan volume growth in the assigned market
      - Collaborate effectively with origination and dealer services teams to solve market challenges
      - Communicate process issues and suggest improvements to enhance sales performance
      - Identify training opportunities for dealer sales managers and lead training sessions when appropriate

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED
      - Minimum of three (3) years of successful automotive sales experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      - Clean driving record with no major incidents in the past 5 years
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
