What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Acquire new customers through prospecting efforts and handling inbound inquiries
- Engage with customers from the existing database via phone, email, SMS, and other channels
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to manage active business and provide exceptional customer service
- Analyze client portfolios to develop strategies for achieving financial freedom
- Achieve monthly KPIs set by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Debt Specialist or Debt Resolution Specialist
- Strong business acumen and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High energy, competitive nature, and motivation to excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service or sales roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
