What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate client fitness levels and skill sets to establish achievable goals
- Educate clients on exercise techniques and injury prevention
- Create personalized training plans tailored to client needs
- Track and chart client progress, adjusting plans as necessary
- Collaborate with the Dietetics department on integrated patient fitness plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in exercise science, exercise physiology, or kinesiology
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in one-on-one coaching, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting
- ACSM certification is mandatory or required within 6 months of hire
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with Arabic-speaking patients
- Must reside in the U.S. or be legally allowed to work in the United States (NPI required)

- Clinical experience in a related field is highly desirable
- Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in exercise physiology and fitness training
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals
