      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Attend and participate in meetings with client stakeholders to align on training needs
      - Develop comprehensive training materials, including instructor-led and e-learning courseware
      - Conduct virtual instructor-led training sessions for end users
      - Evaluate the needs of the user community and plan training programs accordingly
      - Create workflow documentation, process maps, and other artifacts to support training initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Deep understanding of VHA's fiscal policies, financial workflows, and system touchpoints
      - 8+ years of experience designing and developing course curriculum and training materials
      - 3+ years of executing virtual classroom training
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs and/or Veterans Health Administration
