      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for users with software application and hardware issues via phone, email, or in person
      - Maintain proficiency in responsibilities related to reservations and airport operations
      - Log and document all help requests accurately in the helpdesk ticket management system
      - Elevate unresolved calls or urgent matters following the Help Desk Escalation Process
      - Assist with the maintenance of the department’s reference materials and support training initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent Amadeus PSS skills
      - Background in station or reservations with a strong understanding of company procedures
      - Proficient technology and computer skills
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to learn quickly and stay organized under pressure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of airport functions, security policies, and aircraft types such as Cessna 402 and Britten Norman Islander
      - Demonstrated ability to assist peers and communicate effectively in high-stress situations
      - Patient, enthusiastic, and positive attitude in all interactions
