      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring each is resolved with high customer focus
      - Resolve inquiries primarily via phone, chat, and email as the first point of contact for Leave and Disability
      - Build customer trust through empathetic and personalized communication
      - Respond to issues during leave events and ensure proper documentation
      - Collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and enhance policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy
      - Proven experience in customer service/support through phone and chat
      - Knowledge of HR principles and practices
      - Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information
      - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience dealing with customers using empathy skills
      - Proven ability to adapt to changing workloads
