      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Take ownership of employee contacts and resolve inquiries with a high degree of problem-solving and customer focus
      - Serve as the first point of contact for Leave, Disability, and HR-related inquiries via phone, chat, and email
      - Build customer trust through empathetic conversations and adjust case management plans as needed
      - Respond to employee-impacting issues during leave events, ensuring accurate communication and documentation
      - Collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and improve policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong organizational and technical skills
      - Experience in customer service/support via phone and chat
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy
      - Proven ability to manage confidential employee information and adhere to data privacy standards
      - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in fast-paced customer service roles
      - Ability to adapt to changing workloads and manage multiple priorities effectively
      - Familiarity with HR processes related to Leave and Disability
