      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Take ownership of employee contacts, resolving inquiries with a strong customer focus
      - Manage inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding Leave, Disability, and related issues
      - Build trust with customers through empathetic and personalized communication
      - Use critical thinking to analyze and respond to leave and accommodation requests
      - Collaborate with partner teams to resolve cross-functional issues and enhance policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy
      - Proficient in customer service/support via phone and chat
      - Knowledge of HR processes and regulations
      - Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information
      - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in customer service with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
      - Proven ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
      - Familiarity with leave of absence and disability management processes
