What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to Leave and Disability, primarily through phone, chat, and email
- Resolve employee inquiries with a focus on problem-solving and customer service
- Build trust with employees through empathetic and personalized communication
- Collaborate with partner teams to address cross-functional issues and improve policies
- Use judgment to balance adherence to processes with individual employee needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in HR and customer service, particularly via phone and chat
- Strong communication skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy
- Research skills to effectively find answers and information
- Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with strict adherence to data privacy
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
