      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants for coverage consultation
      - Consult on various small business lines, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability
      - Collaborate with the Inside Sales Underwriting team on complex risks to write profitable business
      - Prioritize desk management while delivering timely outcomes to customers
      - Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring excellent service and tailored insurance solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active commercial Property & Casualty insurance license is required
      - Minimum of 2 years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
      - Call center experience is valued
      - Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively
      - Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
