      Responsibilities
      As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients. Your primary duties will include:
      • Engaging with customers via live chat to provide timely, accurate, and professional support.
      • Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction and resolution on the first contact.
      • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing clear, step-by-step guidance to clients.
      • Escalating unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the customer issue.
      • Maintaining a comprehensive record of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
      • Developing an in-depth knowledge of FuentesCorp's products and services to offer effective solutions.
      • Collaborating with team members to improve support processes and the overall customer experience.

      Qualifications
      The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
      • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with direct experience in live chat support.
      • Outstanding written communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English grammar and punctuation.
      • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
      • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
      • A high level of proficiency in typing and general computer skills.
      • The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
      • A patient, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
