**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Identify and research new business opportunities within the medico-legal market
- Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process
- Prepare and deliver customized pitches and presentations to potential clients
- Maintain client activities in CRM and ensure excellent customer service through regular follow-ups
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that could hinder growth
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated sales and/or marketing experience in medico-legal and legal fields
- Proven success in meeting assigned sales quotas and targets on a national level
- Subject matter expert in business development and market development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Experience in personal injury and Independent Medical Exam markets
- Familiarity with legal transcription and medical legal claims
- Previous experience working for a global organization in a similar role
