- Conduct comprehensive online patient evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized BHRT treatment plans utilizing advanced knowledge of hormone therapy protocols.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document clinical findings, treatment plans, and follow-up care accurately.
- Educate patients on hormone health, lifestyle modifications, and medication management to promote optimal wellness.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for complex cases involving critical care, geriatrics, or behavioral health needs.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant state license: Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri and/or South Carolina.
- Valid DEA license: Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri and/or South Carolina.
- Proven experience working with BHRT patients.
- Excellent patient assessment skills.
- Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD-10 coding standards for accurate billing and documentation practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
