- Conduct outbound quality assurance and satisfaction surveys with transportation members and clients
- Accurately document survey responses and customer concerns
- Escalate urgent concerns or service failures to leadership when appropriate
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions
- Ensure all documentation is completed thoroughly and accurately
- Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality expectations
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Must reside in the state of Kansas
- Previous call center, customer service, quality assurance, healthcare support, or survey experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally and compassionately
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in healthcare, Medicaid services, transportation coordination, or NEMT operations
- Familiarity with QA processes, auditing, or customer satisfaction programs
- Experience working remotely

Are you detail-oriented, compassionate, and passionate about improving customer experiences? We are seeking a Remote Quality Assurance Survey Specialist to help ensure the highest level of service for individuals utilizing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services nationwide.
In this role, you will conduct outbound quality assurance surveys, document customer feedback, and help improve the transportation experience for members, clients, and healthcare partners. Your work will directly support service quality, accountability, and continuous improvement efforts within the NEMT industry. NEMT quality programs commonly focus on safety, reliability, communication, and service improvement initiatives.
