What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries from agents and brokers in a timely manner
- Manage CRM data integrity, including updating agent information and ensuring compliance documentation
- Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation in accordance with internal policies
- Coordinate logistics for Leadership team meetings, travel, and company events
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Leadership team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-year college degree preferred but not required
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Familiarity with RingCentral or other SaaS phone systems
- Eagerness to learn about the business model and products offered
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads in a high-volume environment
