      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced environment, influencing purchasing decisions for TV, internet, and wireless products
      - Build and maintain customer relationships with integrity and honesty
      - Meet and exceed sales quotas while providing exceptional customer service
      - Engage in paid training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
      - Work full-time hours that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
      - High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
      - Strong competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and persuasive personality
      - Must have a home workspace with wired internet (25 Mbps download/2 Mbps upload) and necessary equipment such as a smartphone, USB keyboard/mouse/headset/webcam, and 2+ monitors
      - Successful completion of a pre-employment screen, including a drug test

      - Experience in sales within the telecommunications industry
      - Familiarity with a consultative sales approach
      - Leadership experience or aspirations for corporate roles
      - Strong aptitude for technology and digital communication
      - Previous work experience in a remote environment
