      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced environment of a Fortune 250 company
      - Influence customer purchasing decisions by effectively presenting TV, internet, and wireless products
      - Build and maintain strong customer relationships by handling interactions with honesty and integrity
      - Collaborate with the Inside Sales & Retention teams to drive customer decisions
      - Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
      - High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
      - Must possess a competitive spirit, determination, and a persuasive personality
      - Ability to work full-time with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
      - Must have a home workspace with wired internet and necessary equipment for remote work
