  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate with the RNI Innovation Center research team to execute clinical trials and research projects aimed at improving patient outcomes
  - Utilize various tools to measure and assess patients' conditions and treatment effectiveness
  - Conduct participant meetings to explain research protocols and obtain informed consent
  - Design and oversee clinical studies, ensuring scientific rigor and ethical compliance
  - Mentor and supervise junior researchers and technicians involved in research activities
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Doctorate degree in psychology, psychiatry, public health, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  - Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in scientific research methods with memory and movement disorder populations
  - Proven ability in data analysis and interpretation of behavioral, cognitive, and clinical data
  - Evidence of multiple scientific publications, including first authorship
  - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple research projects simultaneously
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - MD and/or PhD in psychology, psychiatry, neuroscience, public health, or a related field
  - Experience conducting clinical trials with participants diagnosed with neurological diseases
  - Familiarity with neuroimaging protocols and conducting related research
  - Proven track record of publishing and presenting scientific reports
  - Experience collaborating with industry and academic partners on research initiatives
