What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Send monthly renewal quotes to customers and process contracts in Salesforce
- Discuss annual price increases with customers and negotiate as necessary
- Research and resolve customer inquiries and disputes via email and phone
- Maintain records in the subscription management system and provide internal support to various teams
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and promote improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA in Business or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in renewal execution and negotiation preferred
- Experience working directly with customers required
- Sharp attention to detail with excellent organizational skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of working experience in software sales, account management, or customer service environment
- SaaS (Software as a Service) experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus
- Google experience preferred
