      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and grow relationships with key OEMs to support sustainable transportation initiatives
      - Introduce new innovations and business models to customers for profitable growth
      - Collaborate with global teams to drive the adoption of new tools and product launches
      - Translate design decisions into actionable sourcing and sales strategies
      - Provide strategic input to the account manager for future account strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
      - Seven (7) years or more of combined sales and/or automotive experience
      - Valid Driver’s License
      - Proven track record of achieving positive sales results using advanced selling skills
      - Experience in long-term selling cycles to large, complex key accounts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in engineering or manufacturing from an accredited institution
      - Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Sales Force / PowerBI
      - Experience in fast-paced environments and startup cultures
      - Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
      - Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and geographies
