What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with faculty and research collaborators to develop and manage research projects
- Lead pre-award proposal development and budgeting for high-value grant applications
- Manage resource allocations and budgeting processes for research initiatives
- Organize seminars, workshops, and community outreach programs to enhance research visibility
- Mentor junior research team members and ensure compliance with regulatory policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience in a related job discipline
- Strong expertise in data collection and analysis
- Proven ability to manage complex datasets and research projects
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (e.g., PhD, MBA, MA, MS)
- Experience managing a large research center or interdisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant proposal management
- Familiarity with website editing platforms and reference management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information effectively
