What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee operational performance of various research applications to ensure stability and accuracy of information
- Provide training and technical support to end users interacting with the research management system
- Analyze and communicate system and business requirements to vendors and departments
- Coordinate with IT and vendors to test, schedule, and deploy system patches with minimal disruption
- Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues reported by the research community
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or Informatics
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Experience with research applications such as Velos, REDCap, Huron Platforms, and Complion

- Experience in a research or academic environment
- Strong skills in data analysis and report generation
- Familiarity with customer service principles in a technical support context
- Ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with professional composure
