What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences over the phone or via email
- Process sales calls to close new individual sales for direct guests and travel advisors
- Answer detailed questions regarding itineraries, ships, and land programs
- Accurately quote rates, promotions, and general information using Sabre software
- Achieve monthly KPIs, including minimum guests booked and successful call monitoring
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Positive, can-do attitude with reliable and self-motivated work ethic
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues, leaders, and guests
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with an ocean-cruising company or luxury travel is preferred
- Competent computer skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or customer service/hospitality environment
- Familiarity with Sabre flight software
- Previous experience in the cruise or travel industry
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
