      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Convert Adobe PDFs to MS Word and vice versa using firm-issued software
      - Clean, format, and revise Word documents, including generating tables of contents and applying styles
      - Create and format PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets, including data analysis tools
      - Assist administrative and legal staff across the firm while managing resource allocation and scheduling
      - Ensure accuracy and quality of all work products while adhering to operational procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of five years' experience in a legal Word Processing Center environment
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Outlook
      - Familiarity with iManage Work or similar document management systems
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience or knowledge of Photoshop, Visio, DocXtools, Workday, and DocuSign
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume environment
