- Manage resource deployment and project staffing in collaboration with suppliers.
- Ensure project resourcing is managed to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate resourcing issues that may impact scheduled deadlines to appropriate Project Managers.
- Utilize Human Capital Management principles.
- Develop and maintain strong business analytics using tools including Tableau and Smartsheet.
- Automate tasks and analyze large datasets.
- Apply professional services and consulting experience to resource management.
- Understanding of Professional Services experience in consulting.
- Experience in technical writing.
- Proven experience in resource management and project staffing with suppliers.
- Human Capital Management knowledge.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Business Analytics proficiency (Tableau, Smartsheet, automate tasks, analyze large dataset).
- Resource Management Certified Professional (RMCP) certification.
- Highly analytical with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 6-10 or more years of relevant work experience.
