What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies and ethics
- Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to meet customer needs
- Monitor business performance and utilize company tools for effective planning and sales impact
- Maintain accurate records of healthcare provider interactions in CRM software
- Provide customers with tailored insights and interactions based on expertise in company products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical/biotech or equivalent sales experience
- Experience in specialty pharmacy, distribution channels, and/or HUBs
- Ability to travel up to 75% and must reside in the assigned territory
- Valid driver's license

- Experience in pulmonology or with specialty healthcare providers in any therapeutic area
- Success with multiple product launches
- Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a dynamic environment
