What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, construct, and optimize retail routes to maximize sales and operational efficiency
- Evaluate existing routes using data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with Field Managers and Directors to validate route assumptions
- Lead the configuration and management of technology solutions for route optimization
- Provide actionable insights on coverage and route performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; 3+ years in retail operations, field sales, or related function
- Experience with routing, territory planning, or GIS tools preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and change management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce Maps or strong interest in learning routing technologies
- Familiarity with trade area analysis
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build new processes from scratch
