What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise products supplied by the employer for assigned customers
- Provide back-up support to Retail Sales Consultants during their absences
- Participate in various projects, including new item cut-ins and shelf maintenance
- Assist with product placement and positioning on store shelves
- Attend sales meetings and adhere to safety and confidentiality protocols
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in grocery sales or distribution preferred
- Reliable transportation and a smartphone device
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in grocery or retail environments
- High energy level and the ability to handle multi-faceted tasks
- Familiarity with schematic formats for product placement
